Luck is a fickle thing, a bit like the wellington weather really.We had our McCarthy family farewell at the bowling alley yesterday. I don't think my luck wanted to play with me on that day. My only redeeming moment was pulling a double strike out of the bag. At least I didn't come last (heh heh).
I had fun scrapping this new page (fickle Wellington weather). This is our Easter camping trip at Kaitoke. One moment sun, next, liquid sun.
I had just finished cooking pancakes in the tent for the kids and it was time for a REAL coffee. It was actually very peaceful standing in the rain waiting for the coffee to brew. Though, I think my fellow campers thought me a bit strange and couldn't resist collecting evidence.
